Periidot Holistic Esthetics is a safe and welcoming space for all. We honor and celebrate the individuality of every person who walks through our doors, and it is essential that mutual respect, kindness, and consideration guide every interaction.

Any repeated cancellations or no-shows, inappropriate behavior, or failure to abide by our studio policies may result in refusal of service. Our commitment to creating a tranquil, inclusive environment depends on shared respect and accountability.

To honor the time and care dedicated to each appointment, 48-hour notice is kindly requested for all cancellations and reschedules.

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service cost.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service cost + 20% gratuity.

Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, which allows us to provide the highest level of care for all clients. By booking an appointment at Periidot, you acknowledge your acceptance of this cancellation policy.

A credit card is required to book an appointment to cover any cancellation or no-show fees. There will be no charge to your card upon booking and you will have the option to change your method of payment at the end of your appointment.

At Periidot Holistic Esthetics, we are committed to providing the most effective and valuable treatments for every client. To ensure the integrity and quality of our services:

  • Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late will have that time deducted from their service.
  • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late, with or without notice, will be considered a no-show and will need to reschedule a new appointment to receive treatment.

Continuing with a service shortened by 15 minutes or more compromises its effectiveness and does not align with our standards. If you anticipate arriving at or over 15 minutes late, please call or email to receive assitance.

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly ask that you silence your phone, smart watch, or any digital devices during your visit. We encourage you to share your experience at Periidot and if you are inclined to do so, request that you discuss this with your treatment provider when you arrive for your service.

We understand emergencies arise, but in general we ask that cellphones are silenced and stowed away in your personal belongings during each treatment so you can be present, relax, and fully experience the benefits without distraction.

We are a welcoming space for all, however, during treatments, sharp implements, chemicals, and delicate equipment are present in the room. For the safety of both you and your child, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your facial. We encourage you to embrace this time as a self-care moment just for you.

Similarly, while we love furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in our space. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a peaceful and secure environment for everyone.

At Periidot, we are proud to offer science-backed, plant-based skincare, body care, and wellness essentials both in our studio and online. Each product has been carefully tested with proven success, ensuring the highest quality and effectiveness. Due to the sensitive nature of naturally formulated products, all perishable items are non-returnable at this time.

As a small, independent business, we truly appreciate your support and understanding—it allows us to continue offering thoughtfully curated, high-integrity formulations that nurture your skin and well-being.

To ensure your safety and the highest level of personalized care, all required consent forms must be completed prior to your appointment. These forms will be emailed to you upon booking.

Some forms are required only at your first visit, while others may be needed before each appointment. You may also receive treatment-specific forms depending on the service scheduled.

Taking just 5–10 minutes to complete these in advance allows your appointment to begin smoothly and on time. Please note that no services can be provided without the completion of these forms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

By subscribing to a Monthly Ritual Membership, you receive 20% a Ritual of choice each month for your commitment. A few details:

  • Receive 20% off one service per month
  • Receive 15% off one retail purchase per month
  • Customer is responsible for booking their service each month through the Periidot booking site
  • A credit card will be required upon booking to hold your appointment each month
  • 30-day notice is required to cancel your subscription and to stop the auto payment
  • Benefits are non-transferable
  • No monthly roll-overs
  • All of Periidot's policies apply
  • No stacking discounts/promotions

From time to time, Periidot may offer special promotions or discounts. These offers are valid only during the specified timeframe and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or the Monthly Ritual Subscription.
